📦 Shipping & Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping with us! We’re committed to getting your cards and collectibles to you safely and on time. Please read the information below before placing your order.


🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within Malaysia)

We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Malaysia.

  • ✅ We ship all products domestically — including Singles, Sealed Products, Accessories, and Bundles.

  • 📦 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • 🕒 Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • ✉️ You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order ships.


🌍 International Shipping (Singles Only)

We currently limit international shipping to Singles only.

  • ✔️ Eligible for international shipping: Single trading cards

  • Not eligible for international shipping: Sealed Products, Decks, Boxes, Accessories, or any Bulk/Bundled Items

  • 🌎 International delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs

  • 💸 Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged upon arrival in your country.

⚠️ Please note: Any order placed with ineligible items for international shipping will be cancelled or partially refunded.


🔄 Missed Deliveries & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • 📬 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

  • 📦 We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address input or unclaimed shipments.


🛠 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We’ll work quickly to resolve it — your satisfaction is our priority


🛑 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the collectible and sensitive nature of trading cards, all sales are final.

  • ❌ We do not accept returns, or exchanges, under any circumstances if order is delivered successfully.

  • ✅ All items are inspected and securely packaged before shipping.

  • 📸 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll do our best to make it right.
